The DAHO21 with the metacarpophalangeal joints blocker can be used in two functions:
1. Passive function, wich involves extention and immobilization of fingers flexors and wrist muscles.
2. Active function, wich involves strengthening fingers extensors and flexors also performed contracture prevention.
The splint helps to make dynamic bending in the DIP/PIP/MP joints.
