Hallux valgus is a deformity of the joint connecting the big toe to the foot. Later, the pain progresses, and the finger moves more sideways , often deforming the joints of other fingers. This thumb guard wraps the popping bone, protects against friction and squeezing, reducing pain, discomfort and preventing major deformities.
