The original Qmed Back Stretching Support is a convenient and easy-to-use prophylactic product. It works perfectly and helps to stretch the muscles of the lumbar spine and relieve back pain caused by muscle tension, excessive bending of the spine and its incorrect positioning.
How to use?
Level 1: position for beginners and beginners in stretching on the product. Bend your legs at the knees and place your arms along your body. Relax as much as possible and breathe normally. This position provides the least stretch and is easiest to do in the beginning.
Level 2: moderate stretching position
Bring your hands behind your head and put your arms as close to the floor as possible for extra stretch. It will become easier over time, and you may be able to fully straighten your arms and rest your elbows comfortably on the floor.
Level 3: Maximum stretch position only for advanced users or yoga practitioners.
You can leave your knees bent or extend your legs and arms completely. You will achieve maximum stretching by removing the pillow from under your head. You will intensively stretch your back, shoulder, chest and abdominal muscles. Remember to let your body relax as much as possible.
Maintenance of cleanliness:
After use, wipe the product with a damp, soft cloth and a mild detergent. You can remove the support arch after using the product, but it is not necessary.
Contraindications:
Please consult your doctor before using Qmed Back Stretching Support, especially if you have pre-existing back or neck injuries or ailments. Certain conditions may contraindicate the use of the product, such as: spondylosis, osteoporosis, severe arthritis, spondylolisthesis, spinal lesions / tumors and acute fractures. - Always use the product on a flat, non-slip surface. Use a stable mat, rug or rug.

Important information
Before using the product, you should perform body warm-up exercises. The duration of a single session at the selected altitude level is 5 minutes. Two sessions a day are recommended, although you can enjoy relaxing on Qmed Back Stretching Support up to three times a day. However, stop using the product if you have difficulty stretching for 5 minutes. Only stretch as much as you feel comfortable with, and slowly increase the stretching time to 5 minutes.
