Plastic mass, ideal for the rehabilitation of hands and fingers. Regular exercise reduces pain and stiffness of the fingers, hands and wrist joints, improves the range of motion in the interphalangeal joints and the wrist, and also helps to strengthen the grip or restore the disordered hand grip function. Ideal for rehabilitation in the case of hand degenerative diseases, after injuries, with weakened forearm and hand muscles.
Hand exercises using Therapy Putty mass consist in rolling the material on the outside and inside of the hand, crushing, squeezing or compressing the mass with single fingers. The mass is made of non-toxic silicone. Available in free levels of hardness, differing in color: blue (strong), red (medium),yellow (poor)

Exercises with Theraphy Putty:
Hook fist
Make a hook fist and squeeze putty between your fimgers and your hand.
Full grip
Foam a ball with a putty. Squeeze the putty with all your fingers.
Finger extension
Loop the putty over the end of the finger while it's bent. Straighten your finger using the resistance of the putty.
Finger spread
Spread the putty like a pancake over your fingers and thumb. Try to spread them apart.
Finger scissors
Place a one inch thick piece of putty between each pair of fingers and squeeze together.
Finger pinch
Pinch the putty between each finger and the thumb.
Finger abduction
Put a tight ring of putty around two fingers. Spread your fingers apart. Reapeat the exercise for each finger.
Thumb extension
Loop the putty at the end of your thumb while it is bent. Try to straighten your thumb by pulling it upward.
Thumb press
Push your thumb into the putty as you move the thumb toward your small finger.
Adductor pinch
Press the putty with your thumb against the side of your index finger. Keep your fingers and thumb straight.
Thumb pinch strengthening
Squeeze the putty between your thumb and side of your index finger.
Three finger pinch and pull
Pull the putty using your thumb, index and middle fingers.
