This reusable compress is suitable for both heat and cold treatment. It can be used as a first aid for hematomas, bruises, sprains, injuries. Depending on the type of pain, it can be used hot or cold. The compress maintains wanted temperature for a long time.
Cold therapy is used for toothaches or headaches, minor injuries, bruise prevention, burns, minimal bleeding, insect bites.
Instruction (cold):
1. Place the product in the freezer for 2 hours.
2. Press to the affected area, to prevent skin damage additionally wrap the compress in a towel or cloth.
3. In other times of use place compress in the freezer for approximately 1 hour.
Heat therapy is used for back pain, muscle and joint pain, and to reduce joint stiffness.

Instruction (heat):
1. Heat compress in a microwave (800 W) for about 50 seconds.
2. Remove, check temperature.
3. Repeat the action (heat in the microwave and remove) several times to reach the optimal temperature, checking the compress temperature every 10 seconds.
4. Press to the pain area, to prevent skin damage wrap the compress in a towel or cloth.
5. Do not heat the compress for more than 80 seconds, overheating may damage the product.

IMPORTANT! Keep on the affected area for up to 20 minutes, after that time the procedure can be repeated after 20 minutes.
