During the group session we learn to feel and control our body, to strengthen deep and superficial muscles, to stretch and relax shortened muscle chains, to develop balance and coordination, and to correct a muscle imbalance. Sessions are based on specially designed exercise programs, which are constantly updated and adapted to the individual group under the supervision of a specialist physiotherapist. Sessions are available in different types, so they are ideal for children and adults, who want to start exercising correctly, who do sedentary or standing work, and who want to improve their physical condition.
*We work in a small group of up to 8 people with constant supervision by a qualified physiotherapist.
