We recommend the full-body workout for those, who want a medium/high intensity physical activity supervised by a physiotherapist, to ensure the effectiveness of the exercises, reduce the risk of injuries, and improve overall physical fitness.
The exercises are designed to engage the whole body by performing functional exercises that engage several muscle groups at the same time. This type of exercise will improve the overall well-being, increase endurance, exercise tolerance, and muscle strength.
Workout focuses on:
- Exercise tolerance – endurance training (medium/high intensity exercises that accelerate the cardiorespiratory system, including anaerobic endurance and general strength training);
- Full-body strength (functional exercises used during the workout that allow you to develop main properties of muscles by targeting several muscle groups in one exercise).
