FitBox is a rapidly growing sport that combines in one workout – health promotion, vigorous physical activity promotion, and full-body strengthening using basic boxing training techniques.

FitBox workouts at Pes Planus are organized and led by Osvaldas Fedorovič, a qualified physiotherapist and mixed martial artist, who won the MMA Bushido Interim World Champion title in 2021. He shares his knowledge and expertise as a qualified physiotherapist and provides comprehensive healthcare assessment and physiotherapy sessions for all those, who want to move safely and have body-awareness.
What you can expect when you come to a FitBox class:
- Circuit training – focusing on functional, full-body strengthening exercises;
- Cardio exercises and endurance training – using your own body weight;
- HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) – a part of the workout to increase endurance and calorie burn more effectively;
