Individual finger splint PĮ-DIP/PIP/MCP
- tendon rupture
- finger fracture
- postoperative treatment
- when immobilization of the finger is required.
The special 3D-LITE low temperature plastic is used to make this splint, which is made of a lightweight, sturdy material that allows the skin to breathe while also being permeable to X-rays. It is important to highlight that the structure of the mesh does not absorb water, so it is possible to swim in the water while wearing it. The splint is formed on the patient's finger, because of that it fits perfect and immobilizes very well.
The splint immobilizes the DIP (distal interphalangeal) / PIP (proximal interphalangeal) / MCP (metacarpophalangeal) finger joints.
Finger orthoses - irreplaceable orthopedic aid in case of various injuries or inflammations. Finger orthoses are especially useful after injuries, and some of them are a real lifesaver during intense sports. The orthotic brace is comfortable, pleasant and soft, but provides the necessary support and stability.
