It is a precise analysis of movement and the body. It is designed to analyse in detail the technique and style of walking and running, as well as to capture changes in the biomechanical system that can have a detrimental effect on a person, such as pain or injuries.
The test is recommended: if you complain of pain in your feet, knees, back or other joints of the lower limb. The results of the test show the cause of the pain and help you to assess the correctness of your walking or running and to make an accurate treatment plan based on the results.

We will test:
* The test is carried out using a plantograph (a sensor-assisted treadmill that detects the loads on the feet and the distribution of the centre of gravity).
After analysing the results:
- We will discover the causes of the pain.
- We will create a recommended treatment plan towards a healthy body.
- If necessary, we will select insoles (individual or specialised) or other orthopaedic devices.
- We will discuss your sports methodology, evaluate the footwear you wear and help you learn about healthy movement.
At the start of the examination, the specialist asks the patient questions related to the person's lifestyle and physical activity, in order to provide the most accurate recommendations for treatment or maintenance of healthy movement at the end of the examination.
During the examination, your feet will be scanned by special sensors on the treadmill and by video cameras on the sides of the treadmill, which will help to determine the loads on the feet and to accurately record the person's gait and running.
The test takes up to 15 minutes, and for the remaining 45 minutes the specialist analyses the results with the patient and makes individual recommendations.
Standing and walking and test (recommended for all): assesses foot and body positions while standing and walking on the track.
Standing, walking and running test (recommended for more active and athletic): assesses foot and body positions while standing, walking and running on a treadmill.
