This splint relieve and compress the elbow joint. The integrated friction pressure pad with its knopped surface towards the skin has a positive effect on painful insertion tendopathy, capsular irritation and epicondylopathy, which are common in arthosis. Also metalic reinforcements keep elbow joint stable. The improved circulation speeds up the absorbtion of effusions. The circular band provides better local strain relief for inflamed tendons of the epicondyle and accelerates the healing process.
