It has a fixed thumb grip provides a good stability and compression for the mid carpal area and the lower arm. The Boa®-system makes it possible to adjust individually. Just below the wire system and the guides is a cotton tongue to make application easier. The brace is delivered with a wide metal splint that can be adjusted individually. The long model provides a very good support dorsal/volar as well as in pro/supination support.
